Each time you've made a bad choice the consequences compelled you to make a promise to change.  A promise to stop the revolving door which appears different, but always leads to the same circumstance.  Whether incarcerated or in a recovery program, you testified to do things different, but found life intervening upon gaining your freedom only to fail again.  This story is repeated by many who like us have experienced falling down.  Our difference is getting back up and sticking to our PROMISE to change and help others to change also.
